Do you hire any outside videographers or editors?

We don’t hire anyone out to film, edit or perform any other services. We cover every detail of the experience with you. We’ll work together every step of the way from the first phone call to the delivery of the final DVD’s. 
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                    
What does your full day coverage mean?

We Start one hour before the ceremony and work through the reception, usually wrapping up no earlier than one hour before the end of the reception.   Coverage for the dream package and grand package starts with coverage at the bride and groom location.
                                                                                                                                                     

Will I get to keep the raw DVD footage?

Yes, in all packages, you'll keep the raw footage.  The raw footage is in the profesional DV tape format. This professional qualify tape will last forever if stored properly.  
                                                                                                                                                     

How much is the deposit?

$350 for the complete package and $600 for the dream and grand package. 
                                                                                                                                                     

When is the balance due?

The balance is due one week before the wedding.
                                                                                                                                                     

How do we know what you will cover?

One week before the wedding, we will go over the "Shot-List." During this discussion, we will go over all the details of the filming. 
                                                                                                                                                     

Are there any travel expenses or other fees?

All fees and travel expenses are included in your package price. If you're out of the Chicagoland area, additional expenses may be incurred. 
                                                                                                                                                     

Do you use lights during the ceremony or reception?

We have a small camera light that is used in dark reception halls. Camera lights are typically not needed at the ceremony. 
                                                                                                                                                     

What does the wireless microphone do?

The wireless microphone allows you to hear your vows clearly. The groom will wear a wireless microphone. It is very tiny and un-obtrusive, but records fantastic audio. 
                                                                                                                                                     

How long is the DVD?

The DVD typically runs 90 minutes to two hours. The ceremony is soft edited so that you can relive the entire experience. All other footage is carefully edited and put together into a unique and entertaining presentation. 
                                                                                                                                                     

When will I receive the DVD's?

You will usually receive the DVD's from the Complete Package in 6-8 weeks.  During the middle to end of the wedding season, it may take up to twelve weeks.  Our other packages take a little longer, but normally are ready within 10-12 weeks, or up to 14 weeks during middle to end of the season.  Middle to end of the season is normally from July through December.
